Rutherford students should be pleased to learn that 4 year 13 students from 2006 received 5 scholarships between them. Congratulations!

Patrick Anderson in PE –taught by Mr Mataia

Pita Hohepa in English taught by Miss Edwards and also in Biology taught by Dr Singh.

Each Scholarship is worth $500, and so these achievements are not only academic, but monetary also.

This provides an excellent platform for the year 13's to build upon. The goal should be nothing less than 10 scholarships next year...and if Chen does indeed achieve 5 schols, that would be very helpful.
