Guidance Rutherford College has a team of professional counsellors available to any students who need guidance. They are at school all day and are located in the Guidance and Counselling Centre behind B-Block. Who is Counselling for? How it begins… I’ve got personal worries, or conflict with family or friends and am feeling unhappy. I have a problem with schoolwork, classmates or teachers. I am sad because of a death in the family, or a family break up or shifting to this school. I can’t concentrate. I feel uptight. I feel really down and my life is hopeless. - A place where you can mediate between people who are in conflict
- Where you can make an appointment with any counsellor by filling in an appointment slip but your classroom teacher must sign that it is ok for your to leave that class
